Hamburguesas Vegetarianas
Mezclar 200 gr. de lentejas con 200 gr. de quínoa, 1 cebolla, 1 taza de espinaca y 1/4 de taza de maíz. Condimentar con sal, pimienta, orégano, albahaca y curry. Se le agregan 2 huevos y mezclar. Trituramos. Agregamos dos cucharadas de harina para ligar y dos de pan rallado. Armamos las hamburguesas y cocinamos en aceite de oliva caliente.
Veggie Burgers
Ingredients. 1/4 pound of lentils, 1/4 pound f quinoa, 1 onion, 1 cup of spinach, 1/4 cup of corn, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp of flour, 2 tbsp of crumb bread.
Soak lentils over night in water. Remove the water and rinse the lentils the following morning.
Pour the lentils in a saucepan and cover with water. Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Then with a mixer, Blend the lentils and the lentils and the quinoa. Add the onion, the spinach, and the corn and blend it again making a puree. Season it with salt, pepper, basil, oregano and curry.
Add the eggs and mix. We add 2 tbsp. of flour and crumb bread to shape the burgers.
Roll into small balls and press each down into a burger patty. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil. Then place patties 1 inch apart on a baking sheet. Cook patties in oven at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until golden brown!
Serve warm!
